I had never heard of tasso before Teets. It has become my go-to meat for breakfasts, and seasoning meat. Add to pinto, white, and green beans and a great adder to hominy. I try to never be without it. Other family and friends now also order it. I may have never given 5 stars across the board to anything, ever but this deserves it.
