Teet's Shrimp and Pasta


Teet’s Shrimp and Angel Hair Pasta

1 lb. of peeled shrimp

1/2 stick of butter

3 cloves of garlic, chopped

1 medium onion, diced

1 medium green bell pepper, diced

1 red bell pepper, diced

2 cans of Hunt’s Fire Roasted Tomatoes

1 can of chicken broth

1 package of angel hair pasta

In a large skillet, melt butter and saute garlic, onions, and bell peppers until translucent. Add fire roasted tomatoes and chicken broth, cook down for 10 minutes. At this time, boil a desired amount of pasta. Once pasta is cooked, add uncooked shrimp to skillet and cook until shrimp are no longer clear.

Mix pasta with shrimp and sauce and serve. You can also top the pasta with shredded or grated Parmesan cheese! Very yummy. This is my version of my mother’s fire roasted shrimp and pasta! Very good stuff.
